I made this dining table for my son Adam and his wife Bailey. This table features a spectacular live edge slab (sometimes referred to as a tree cookie), which was cut from what must have been a huge Western Maple tree harvested on Vancouver Island. The base of the table is made from Garry Oak, which was also harvested on Vancouver Island.
The table top is approximately 48″ wide by 72″ long and is 2 1/2″ thick. It was finished with 3 coat of OSMO.
