Hanging Wall Shelf
I made a couple of these hanging wall shelves as Christmas presents in 2004. I was inspired by an article written by Peter Turner in the book “In the Shaker Style” (Taunton Press).
This shelf is constructed using Black Cherry. It is 21″ wide and 41″ high, and is finished with 5 coats of a hand-rubbed oil finish (equal portions of tung oil, Waterlox and paint thinner).
