Workbench

A workbench is arguably the most important tool that a woodworker possesses. When I first started woodworking, I designed and constructed my own workbench. I got a lot of inspiration and guidance from “The Workbench Book” by Scott Landis. A few years later, I had need for a second bench, so I followed the same basic design and built another.

This workbench was constructed using European Beech and Padauk, and is 26″ wide by 88″ long and 34″ high. It is finished with several coats of tung oil
